What it is

Material interface.
Drawing-defined profile.

Thermal interface components are shaped parts made from thermal materials for the contact areas in an electronic or industrial assembly. A custom profile can accommodate component outlines, mounting holes, clearance features and the defined interface footprint.

Rilbeck’s role is converting the project-specified thermal material to the geometry and thickness requirement—not substituting a material or claiming performance without your approved specification.

Selection & configuration

Review the interface first.

Thermal material selection is application-specific;
share the required grade when known.

Typical materials

  • Thermal gap pads
  • Thermal silicone materials
  • Customer- or project-specified grades

Typical applications

  • Power and control assemblies
  • Electronic instruments and computing hardware
  • Interfaces requiring a defined material profile

Customization

Custom thickness, external profile, internal cut-outs, holes, liner and part presentation can be reviewed from the drawing.

RFQ requirements

  • Drawing or interface dimensions
  • Material / grade, thickness and target part count
  • Application notes, compression or assembly requirements

Sampling & production

Fit, material and assembly requirements should be clear before release.

Low-volume samples support fit and application review before production approval. If you are qualifying an additional source for an existing thermal component, share the approved drawing and material requirement so the review begins from the same baseline.
