What it is

Defined separation.
Defined fit.

Electrical insulation die cuts are converted parts used to separate conductive elements, protect adjacent surfaces, or create an insulating layer within an assembly. The part is made to the drawing and material specification rather than adapted from a stock shape.

Typical forms include flat barriers, washers, pads, strips, covers and profiles with holes, slots or cut-outs for hardware and component clearance.

Selection & configuration

Inputs that shape the part.

We review the requested material and geometry
against the application details you provide.

Typical materials

  • PET, PC and PI films
  • Mylar and insulation paper
  • Project-specified insulation materials

Typical applications

  • Electrical isolation within assemblies
  • Protective barriers and layer separation
  • Industrial and electronic OEM hardware

Customization

Outline, holes, slots, tabs, thickness, orientation and packaging can be aligned to your drawing and assembly need.

RFQ requirements

  • PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP or sample
  • Material / grade and thickness, if known
  • Quantity, critical dimensions and application notes

From sample to repeat supply

Start with the drawing and the functional requirement.

Low-volume samples can be used for fit and application review before production approval. For established parts, we can support OEM buyers evaluating an additional component supply source; comparison and approval remain based on your requirements.
